These Terms & Conditions outline the standards, responsibilities, and safety requirements expected from all self-employed escorts represented by Foxy Kittens.

All work will be carried out within existing and expanding Foxy Kittens areas. The safety, discretion, and well-being of each escort are paramount at all times.

As a self-employed escort, you operate under your own discretion. You are not obliged to accept any particular booking; however, if you decline, you must inform the Foxy Kittens office immediately.

1. Professional Standards

1. All bookings must be made and confirmed through the Foxy Kittens office. Direct bookings outside the agency are not permitted and will result in removal from the directory.
2. All client information is strictly confidential. It must not be shared with anyone, during or after your time representing Foxy Kittens.
3. You must not contact clients directly outside of confirmed bookings unless instructed by the office.
4. You are expected to maintain a professional attitude, good personal hygiene, and a respectful appearance at all times.
5. You must never engage in any unlawful activity during a booking.
6. Any form of drug use or excessive alcohol consumption before or during bookings is strictly prohibited.

2. Personal Safety

1. Your safety is the top priority. If at any time you feel unsafe or uncomfortable during a booking, contact your driver or the Foxy Kittens office immediately.
2. Drivers are instructed to remain available throughout your bookings for safety purposes.
3. Do not give out personal home addresses or private phone numbers to clients. Use only your professional contact line if one has been provided.
4. Always verify details with the office before accepting any outcall booking to a new location.

3. Client Conduct & Boundaries

1. You are expected to provide a friendly and professional companionship service in line with your personal profile and boundaries.
2. Foxy Kittens does not tolerate or condone any activity that breaches UK law.
3. Escorts must clearly communicate their boundaries to clients. If a client acts inappropriately, end the booking immediately and report the incident to the office.
4. Never agree to reduce or alter booking times, durations, or rates without office approval.
5. All extensions or additional hours must be confirmed through the office or via the attending driver.

4. Payments

1. All payments are to be processed through the Foxy Kittens system or via an approved driver. Escorts must not accept direct payments from clients unless pre-approved.
2. Check all cash payments with a counterfeit detector pen before leaving a booking. If any note seems suspicious, contact the office immediately.
3. All agency fees are due at the end of each working day or as instructed by the office.
4. Escorts are responsible for declaring their own income to HMRC as part of their self-employed status.

5. Confidentiality & Data Protection

1. All escort, client, and driver information is strictly confidential.
2. Sharing or selling private data is a criminal offence under the Data Protection Act.
3. Personal photos, messages, and videos of clients must never be taken or distributed.
4. Failure to comply with confidentiality rules may result in immediate removal from representation and potential legal action.

6. Appearance & Presentation

1. Maintain a high level of personal grooming and dress appropriately for bookings, as described in your profile.
2. Keep your photos and profile up to date so clients receive an accurate representation.
3. Inform the office if you change your appearance significantly (e.g., hair colour, tattoos, weight changes, etc.) so profiles can be updated.

7. Self-Employment

1. You are classed as self-employed at all times while represented by Foxy Kittens.
2. You must be registered as self-employed with HMRC. Forms and support are available via the HMRC website:

3. You are responsible for managing your own tax and National Insurance contributions.

8. Termination & Data Security

1. Upon ending your representation with Foxy Kittens, you must delete and surrender all client or driver information, including any numbers, addresses, or messages.
2. All photos and materials provided by Foxy Kittens must be removed from your personal devices and social media.
3. Failure to comply with these requirements constitutes a breach of contract and may result in legal action.
