These Terms & Conditions outline the standards, responsibilities, and safety requirements expected from all self-employed drivers working in association with Foxy Kittens.

All work will be carried out within existing and expanding Foxy Kittens areas. The safety and security of the escorts you drive are paramount at all times.

As a self-employed driver, you operate under your own discretion. You are not obliged to accept any particular job; however, if you decline a booking, you must inform the Foxy Kittens office immediately.

4. Accommodating Clients

  1. When clients make reasonable requests, try to accommodate them. They may ask to stop for cigarettes, visit a cashpoint, or grab a quick meal.

  3. If a client requests their escort stay an additional hour but lacks the cash immediately, contact the office before making any decision.

5. Payments

  1. For card payments, ensure the payee is the legitimate cardholder and that the card number matches the one provided to the office. Request supporting ID (e.g., driving licence or utility bill).

  2. Any theft or withholding of client payments will result in instant dismissal and criminal prosecution.

8. Self-Employment

  1. You are classed as self-employed at all times while driving escorts represented by Foxy Kittens.

  3. Failure to comply with these requirements constitutes a breach of contract and may result in criminal prosecution.
